Exemption from application of Act or regulations
44For the purpose of investigations and other law enforcement activities under this Act and the regulations, the Minister may, in writing, exempt a conservation officer from the application of any provision of this Act or the regulations, subject to any terms and conditions that the Minister considers necessary.
